During the tournament, we'll do our best to answer all questions but managing the tournament takes precedence.

Before the tournament starts, use the following contact info to ask questions, change your section or schedule, to withdraw before play begins and whatever else you may need.

NOTE: To withdraw during the tournament, please talk to one of the Tournament Directors in the playing hall/rooms or in the TD room. Please do not use email, texts or other social media options to withdraw from the tournament. It is best to tell a Tournament Director face-to-face. Thank you for doing so as this will ensure another player is not waiting for a game with you in the next round.

Refund Policy: There is a $10 service charge for refunds. To obtain an entry fee refund you MUST notify the tournament TD in person or by email MORE THAN two hours BEFORE the start of Round 1. No refund, full or partial, is ever given once you have started playing your game in the first round. To contact the TD, use: Contact TD Karl.
